Welcome and Merry Christmas! It’s time for the annual Christmas Tour of Homes at my sister’s place, the one she so happily inherited from BooMama. I’m so naggy and little sistery to be first on her linky (tee, hee!) I always look forward to walking through other people’s houses for these tours because it satisfies both my creativity and my nosiness. Here’s to hoping no one spots the blanket fort I forgot to clean up before I took the photos.

Thanks for nosing around my place. You’re always welcome here. Feel free to find out a little more about this space, but I have a feeling you are busy breezing through other people’s houses. I know I am.

*The mini pre-lit tree, the Jesus sign and the Christmas cards are all from DaySpring. The kids table I got at a yard sale, chairs from TJ Maxx. The color on the walls is Tobacco Road. The fort was free.

Thanks for a peek into your home and Christmas decor.
I love the Christmas Home Tour, and was so glad your sis inherited it.
Happy Christmas to you and yours from Northern Ireland.

OK – I just linked over to your website from the Christmas Tour of Homes . . . and your house is beautiful! Can I be nosy and ask where you got your couch and the little white kids table? I’m moving on Friday and those are two things we need in our house – and yours are beautiful. Just nosing around. . .
Hello! I am leaving a comment on the first home and the last home (so far) in the blog hop. I just love your lighted mantle…looks so beautiful. Your home is so inviting. Thanks for sharing your home with the blogging world.

Your home is LOVELY!!!!! Merry Christmas!
So many gorgeous pictures, it’s hard to pick a favorite!
Emily!I’ve been reading your blog for absolutely ages but this has to be my favourite post yet (at least a non ‘Unwrapped’ one). Your decorations are gorgeous and I love the new knocked through rooms, I’ve been eagerly anticipating their reveal for what must be weeks now! It looks great and is so worth what must have been hard work and chaos for a little while. Merry Christmas!
Your home is beautiful thank you so much for sharing.
Beautiful!! Thanks for sharing! I only wish my house looked like that this year. I’m moving on the 23rd of December (how’s that for timing)!! What color are your walls painted? It looks like the living room and the hallways (going up the steps) are the same color. I need to find a good colorful, yet neutral color for my great room in my new house. My floors are going to be almost the same color as yours and I love your wall color.
Just beautiful. Everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to “tour” your lovely home! And what a lovely family, too.
Christmas Blessings to you…
Blanket forts just complete a house I think!! I love that bunch of candles on the stand in the hall way – if only my own hallway was big enough for something like that!
I came across your blog for the first time tonight. My, you have a lovely home. And your Christmas decorations are beautiful. I’m feeling very inspired.
