for your weekend

may

May your weekend be filled with the nearness of God. May you be accepted for who you are rather than who you want people to think you are. May the strawberries be sweet, the lemonade be chilly, and may the conversation around your backyard table linger with you well into next week.

Here are some reads for your weekend:

Beginnings, Middles, Ends – A Trilogy by Elizabeth W. Marshall at Wynne Grace Appears

What Women Can Do by Lisa-Jo Baker

2013 Summer Reading Guide by Modern Mrs. Darcy

My First Stitch Fix by me. I finally wrote a little re-cap of my first experience with Stitch Fix, the company that delivers clothes in your style and size right to your doorstep. One of the most fun things I did in April.

Enjoy your weekend, friends.

    Hello,

The other day I went to the library and got copies of the books you pictured in your post and am thoroughly enjoying them! Had no idea Caroline Kennedy was so gifted at writing. Loving Ann Patchett’s book and of course the fabulous Lauren F. Winner! Thanks for the tips and may your weekend be filled with blessings.

Thank you for these lovely links, Lisa Jo’s post about finding community and Christ in a Zumba (I’m guessing!) class is just beautiful. I have never commented before as always been a bit shy to for some reason on the blogs I love and read first in my email, of which yours is always one! I just left a message on Lisa Jo’s post and wanted to say here too thank you! Wishing you a lovely weekend from here in the decidedly less hot – maybe not enough for chilled lemonade, sigh! -but it IS sunny (hooray!) UK! :)
