Ready to see what I got in my second fix? To quickly refresh your memory, Stitch Fix is the personal styling service that shops for you and sends 5 items of clothing or accessories to your door, either monthly or on the date you choose. If you keep nothing, you send it all back in their prepaid envelope (my mailman received it as outgoing mail from my home mailbox) and they charge you a $20 styling fee. But if you keep at least one item, that fee goes toward the cost of your item.
I wrote all about the process when I got my first fix.
After keeping two items from my first fix, I signed up for fix number 2. I didn’t have a chance to take photos of the items I sent back, but here are the two items I decided to keep. Surprise, surprise, they are both in the green family. It’s how I roll.
First, I kept this flowy, girly tiny-dotted top; (official name: Chiffon Dotted Blouse by Chris and Carol):
I may have tried on the flowy blouse at the top, but I don’t think I would have tried the mint-ish sweater on my own. First, it’s summer. Sweater? No thanks. But it’s lightweight and coolish so it works. In the end, I liked it enough to keep.
Visit Stitch Fix to fill out your own style profile. If you sign up through one of the links on this post, I will receive a sweet $25 credit to Stitch Fix when your fix ships (and when you sign up, you can get your own referral code, share it with your friends, and get credit, too!) But the truth is, I would tell you about this anyway because it is one of the most fun things I’ve done lately.
Try it out, then come back and tell me how you liked it! If you get put on a waiting list, no worries. I was put on one too but it was only for a day or so.
Incase you missed it, here’s what I got in my first fix.
